The Youth Department
Since 2006 the Council of Europe has developed co-operation in the youth field with civil society partners and public authorities in the North African region, mainly in Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt.
One of the main goals is to promote exchanges of experience among young civil-servants working in public administration, parliaments and other specialised public institutions and civil society organisations.
